You know your takings. We look at the room behind them: covers, dwell, spend, table turns and the staff it takes to serve them.
The Venue Performance Review™ is an outside read of one venue by Significant Others, the hospitality design studio. It puts a pound figure on what the room is leaving on the table and ranks what to fix first.
Where are you losing covers?
Which table does nobody want to sit at?
Is the layout making your team work harder than it should?
Before you spend £400k, do you know what the room has to take?
Consultants tell you what’s wrong. Designers make it look right. We find what the room needs to earn, design it and prove it.
You get a Performance Brief and layout options to lift revenue by 5, 10 or 20 per cent, each with a ballpark budget. One week, start to finish.
