Garvald Edinburgh, are an organisation that for over fifty years has provided opportunities and support for adults with learning disabilities in the Lothian area. They tasked us with designing a welcoming and inclusive retail space that reflects their commitment to community, creativity, and inclusivity.

Our design focused on creating an environment that is both accessible and engaging, highlighting Garvald's mission through thoughtful details and purposeful layout. Warm, inviting tones and textures establish an atmosphere of comfort and connection, while custom illustrations and integrated signage celebrate the organisation's dedication to creativity and inclusivity.

Working closely with a skilled team of artists, contractors, and accessibility experts, we transformed Garvald Edinburgh's retail space into a vibrant community hub that fosters connection, empowerment, and self-expression.

Delivered within a tight timeline, the new Garvald Edinburgh store not only reflects the organisation's values and mission but also stands as a testament to the power of inclusive design, providing a welcoming space for all to enjoy.
