Led by Interior Architect Ruth Hay (Galloway) and Creative Director Michelle Ridley, the studio brings spatial rigour and creative direction together to shape places that perform emotionally, operationally and commercially. We work primarily across hospitality and shared environments where design decisions have lasting operational consequences.
A space plan can be technically correct and still underperform in reality. Our strategic, creative and technical teams work as one, exploring how a place will actually function once open: how people move, where they pause, what draws them in and where pressure builds across the experience. Because the success of a commercial space is rarely defined by how it looks on opening day, but by how well it continues to work long after.
