Vittoria Group asked us to transform a city-centre venue into Landy’s; a vibrant take on the classic British fish and chip restaurant. We wanted to celebrate seaside nostalgia while ensuring the space worked hard for a busy, urban setting.

We developed the concept of Seaside Chic, blending playful coastal details with refined finishes that reflect Edinburgh’s energy and sophistication. Efficient space planning maximised capacity without losing comfort, while wayfinding and signage reinforced the brand story throughout.

The result is a restaurant that feels welcoming, memorable, and full of character. A fresh perspective on a much-loved British pastime designed to perform for guests and operators.
