Vittoria has fed Leith Walk for more than 50 years. The job was to welcome a new generation without losing a single regular.

A cleaner palette with a punch of colour and updated typography gave the brand a confident new edge. Inside, earthy tones, terrazzo and dark banquettes keep the warmth while orange chairs and brass bring the energy.

The layout was reworked for all-day dining, from morning coffee to the family table at nine.
