Hula presented the opportunity to create a vibrant, feel-good destination in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Grassmarket. Tasked with shaping the interior identity for this healthy juice bar and café, we developed a concept that brings brightness, warmth, and a sense of sunshine to a city known for the cold and rain!

The interior sets an uplifting tone from the moment guests arrive. A modern botanics theme runs throughout the space, with a beautiful tropical mural, rich colour banquette seating, and carefully curated lighting that adds warmth and depth.

The service counter and seating areas are designed to encourage both quick visits and relaxed stays. Fresh smoothies, specialty coffees, and wholesome food are complemented by a layout that feels open and welcoming, allowing natural energy and movement to flow through the space.
